What Membership Plans Are Available?

Virtual Member

For all who wish to be part of events and our on-site mailing service. Membership includes 1-day access/month to our on-site facility during regular business hours

Flex Desk

A communal desk shared within a common workspace area. Open access to our events, on-site mailing service and 10 days of on-site facility during regular business hours/month

Flex Desk Unlimited

Grants access to the amenities above with 1 month of access of the on-site facility during regular business hours and 2hrs/month of conference time

Dedicated Desk

Individual desks and supplemental cabinets at your service. Membership includes 1 month of access of the facility 24/7 with 4hrs/month conference time

Private Office

Custom office spaces tailored to a team-size of 1-10 people. Membership includes 1 month of access of the facility 24/7 with 6hrs/month conference time. Rates vary per room occupancy

Are There Printers Available On-Site?

At 360WorkHub - El Segundo, we have 3 dedicated printing stations for your convenience. You can connect to any of our all-in-one printers using WiFi or a USB 2.0 wire at the nearest station. Please be mindful of our complimentary printing by keeping our stations clean for the next member to use. You may also bring your own printer for your workstation to suit your needs.

Do You Offer Mail and Package Handling?

All memberships come standard with mail and package handling. Virtual, Flex, and Flex Unlimited members may visit during regular business hours to retrieve and process their mail. Dedicated Desk and Private Office members may visit 24/7 to retrieve mail and packaging with access to a valid keycard.

Do You Allow Multiple Mailing Addresses Under One Membership Account?

At this point in time, 360WorkHub is only able to permit 1 mailing address per 1 account. Please see our community manager for the most recent information.

How Can I Reserve A Conference Room Or Workspace?

Reservations can be made online or by speaking with your community manager on-site. We have a first-come, first-serve booking policy on time-slots and conference rooms, and work spaces suitable for your needs.

What’s The Occupancy Size Of Your Conference Rooms?

At 360WorkHub - El Segundo, we have 2 different conference rooms available. The Small Conference Room accommodates 4-6 people. The Large Conference Room accommodates 8-18 people.

As A Flex Unlimited Member, How Can I Book A Conference Room/workspace?

Conference room and workstations are available for booking weekdays Monday - Friday 8AM – 7PM. Please contact your community manager for the most up-to-date information.

As A Flex Member, Should I Reserve A Workspace Before My Arrival ?

Because we want to ensure we have a workstation ready for you, we would love express notice of your arrival. Please give us a call at 562-449-5732 or 562-449-5735 or e-mail info@360workhub.com to ensure availability for the day.

Can Guests Visit?

Guests can visit during regular business hours Mondays - Fridays 8AM – 7PM. Please have your guest sign-in at the front reception desk.

How Can I Register My Guests For Conference Room Visitations?

If you have a guest arriving, please schedule accordingly with the community manager. Members can add as many guests as the room occupancy will allow. Please ensure that all guests are sign-in at the front reception desk

Can I Register Guests Under My Membership Plan?

Currently, we do not offer this service at this time.

How Do I Sign-up? What Are My Methods Of Payment?

Once you’ve attended a tour and expressed an interest in a particular workstation, we will provide you documentation of our Membership Agreement for your review. Dedicated Desks and Private Offices may be paid for via ACH, credit card, or check. Flex, Flex Unlimited, and Virtual Membership Plans must be paid by credit card or ACH.

Would There Be A Security Deposit Or Service Retainer Upon Membership?

Yes, 360WorkHub requires a security deposit or service retainer in the amount of the first month rent of your membership tier plus any additional payment processing service charge (i.e. if you're starting a dedicated desk membership, you will be billed for the price of the dedicated desk x2 ) Upon inspection of your workspace using our Work Space Condition Report after the billing period is over, we will return and credit the amount of the deposit back to you.

How Should I Notify 360WorkHub Of My Intent To Move-out?

Dedicated Desks and Private Office Members are required to give a 30-day notice to move-out. (i.e. If you have the intent to move-out by December 30th, you must notify your community manager by November 30th) Virtual, Flex, and Flex Unlimited Memberships can be cancelled anytime. Please send a notice to info@360workhub.com or give us a call at 562-449-5732 or 562-449-5735.

Please note that there are no prorated refunds available.

Do You Have A Late Fee Policy?

Our late fee policy states 10% of the outstanding charge not yet received by the 5th business day of the billing month. Please review your Membership Agreement for more details or contact us at 562-449-5732 or 562-449-5735 or e-mail info@360workhub.com for more information.

How Do I Cancel My Membership?

We’re sorry to hear you go. Dedicated Desks and Private Office Members are required to give a 30-day notice to move-out. Virtual, Flex, and Flex Unlimited Memberships can be cancelled anytime. (i.e. if you have a virtual membership for 1 month, you’re billed for the price of the virtual membership x2) Upon inspection of your workspace using our WorkSpace Condition Report after the billing period is over, we will return and credit the amount of the deposit back to you.
