Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on the website. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, via the forms from the site, or other direct contact from you.
We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request via a third-party payment integration system and customer relationship management integration(s), e.g., schedule a tour, book a reservation room upon your request, and/or standard operating procedures defined by us on membership-related inquiries and designated workspaces at the 360WorkHub facility.
Your Access to and Control Over Information

In order to assist you in scheduling a tour or any other inquiries submitted from the forms on the site, we must require certain information (such as name and e-mail address). A user of the site is required to give certain information, including but not limited to, name, e-mail address, phone number, and/or reason of inquiry.
This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest in.
Billing and Invoicing
We request information from you on our Membership Agreement and Membership Details Form and Online Payment System. To receive a membership from us, you must provide contact information (like name and billing address), a copy of your state identification card and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date, CVC code) for us to proceed and render you our products/services.
This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We transmit this information via a payment integration system hosted on a third-party provider. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you through e-mail and/or the phone number(s) you provided.
We share aggregated demographic information with third-party analytics tools, digital marketing tools, and search engine marketing platforms. This is NOT linked to any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that can identify any individual person.
We use a third-party credit card processing company to bill users for our goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order on the site.
We use a third-party access control system to limit and log access to current 360WorkHub Members in the form of a valid key card. The information on the key card is assigned to the names of Members on the Members List and member and contact information provided on behalf of the Primary Member and/or Authorized Signatory.
We partner with the 360WorkHub brand of networks to provide specific services related to 360WorkHub. When the user signs-up as a 360WorkHub Member, we will share names and/or other contact information that is necessary for 360WorkHub’s related brand of networks to provide these products/services. The 360WorkHub brand of networks are not allowed to use Personally Identifiable Information beyond the purpose of providing these products/services as long as you hold a valid membership with 360WorkHub.
We take precaution to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “HTTPS” protocol at the beginning of the address of the web page. The payment integration system we use is PCI-compliant.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only 360WorkHub employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to Personally Identifiable Information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Cookies and Web Beacons
We use “Cookies” and “Web Beacons” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance their experience on our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site as the information we collect are in aggregate form.
A “Web Beacon” is a script tag enabled on our website that allows us to receive and interpret data using third-party analytics platforms. The data collected provides online metrics (e.g. bounce rates, sessions, click-through-rate (CTR)) that are not Personally Identifiable Information, however, would allow us to improve the products/service we offer to you.
This website contains links to other sites separate from the 360WorkHub Brand of Networks. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other websites.
We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects Personally Identifiable Information.
Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time, our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose such information.
Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level).
Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of our products/services.
We send periodic e-mails to our list of subscribers who have “Opted-In” and submitted their information on the form provided on the site. As a user and/or Member of 360WorkHub products/services, you have the free-will to remove further e-mail communication via our mailing list by selecting ‘Opt-Out’ at the bottom of each e-mail.
We use an e-mail marketing automation tool to send promotional and/or informational e-mail content as long as you’re subscribed to our mailing list or a current Member. This e-mail marketing automation tool displays metrics (e.g. open-rate, click-rate, bounces, unsubscribe rates) that will allow us to improve our products/services.

Other Provisions as Required by Law
Numerous other provisions and/or practices may be required as a result of laws, international treaties, or industry practices. It is up to you to determine what additional practices must be followed and/or what additional disclosures are required. Please take special notice of the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), which is frequently amended and now includes a disclosure requirement for “Do Not Track” signals.
